"I went into it not knowing what to expect. But I am now hooked, it is
a great way to relieve stress and get a great workout at the same time!
Since
I started in June I have lost 16 pounds, my endurance and strength have
increased a lot. I have noticed this in different situations, like
going up the stairs at work, no problem anymore I am not winded at the
top. Holding something up for my husband while he is repairing it, my
arms can handle it.
I went on vacation recently and gained
about 4-5 pounds back, but while I was eating and drinking whatever I
wanted, I knew in the back of my head that I had boot camp when I got
home. It made vacation more enjoyable not having to worry about
calories and just have fun. I have since lost the weight plus a few pounds more."
